The counselling center was established on 13 March, 1993. Among its key objectives is to assist and support women victims of all kinds of violence, and to break the wall of silence surrounding such acts. The purpose of this is to relieve such women of their guilt and to help them de-victimize themselves.<\/p>

Another one of the main objectives of the counselling centers is to strengthen the capacities of women through meetings and coaching, support and counselling sessions. This will also help to establish solidarity links between women victims of any kind of violence.<\/p>

Today ATFD has 4 listening centers in Tunis, Sfax, Sousse and Kairouan, all of which respect the principle of confidentiality and the decision of the women concerned. The centers provide counselling and psychological support, legal and social guidance, assistance, awareness raising and training, as well as carrying out studies and documentations.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n
